  • Sona masoori rice - 1 cup
  • Curry leaves - 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Garlic, diced - 12 flakes
  • Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
  • Ghee - 2 tbsps
  • Salt for taste

How to Make Hot Pepper Rice

  • Cook rice and allow it to cool.
  • Heat ghee and oil and fry curry leaves.
  • Add garlic and fry into brown colour.
  • Add pepper powder and fry for minute.
  • Mix rice, salt and few drops hot ghee.
  • Serve hot.
