  • 2 cups - sprouts (moong, channa, rongi)
  • 1 cup - chopped palak
  • 1/2 cup - grated paneer
  • 1/2 cup - grated coconut
  • Sesame for seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • Oil for shallow frying

How to Make Hum - Tum

  • Grind sprouts and chopped palak without adding water.
  • Shift to a bowl.
  • Add grated paneer and coconut with some salt.
  • Heat a non-stick pan.
  • Add a little oil and spread two tbsps of the batter.
  • Sprinkle some sesame.
  • Cook on both sides and serve with green chutney or a pickle of your choice.
