  • 2 cups - ice cream, any flavor
  • 6-8 pieces - rusk biscuits or hard toast
  • For garnishing:
  • Dried blue berries or any other dried berries or cherries

How to Make Ice Cream on Toasts with Berries

  • Use ice cream which is very well frozen.
  • Cut into slices of sizes which can be placed toasts.
  • Keep the toasts with the ice cream slices into the freezer once again.
  • To serve: Remove from the freezer and garnish with cherries, berries or any dried fruits and serve at once.
