  • 1 cup - long grain rice
  • 1/4 cup - shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup - partially boiled cauliflower
  • Handful - chopped, spring onions white
  • 1/2 cup - thinly sliced pepper (green, yellow, red any)
  • 1 - medium sized carrot shredded
  • 1 tbsp - dark soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp - sweet red chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp - vinegar
  • 3 - garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/8 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1.5 tbsp - olive oil
  • A few chopped - spring onions greens (for garnish)

How to Make Indo Chinese veg fried rice

  • Cook the rice and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a wide and deep wok, add garlic and saute till you get an aroma
  • Add white spring onions, cauliflower, carrot and capsicum, salt. Toss well and fry for few mins, they should not be fried too much as they lose the crunch
  • Add the rice, green onions, cabbage, sauces, vinegar, pepper powder
  • Toss for 2 min. garnish with green onions.
