  • desiccated coconut - 2 cup
  • milk powder - 1 cup
  • cardamom powder - ½ tsp
  • condensed milk to mix
  • icing sugar to dust

How to Make Instant Coconut Burfi

  • Combine the first three ingredients.
  • Add condensed milk little at a time, to form a stiff paste, the consistency of poori dough.
  • Roll out the dough to a sheet, 1.5 cm thick, dusting with icing sugar.
  • Let it dry for about 20-30 minutes.
  • Cut into diamond shapes.
