Ingredients

  • 1 cup - flour
  • 1 cup - rice flour
  • 1/2 cup - semolina
  • 1 tsp - minced ginger
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • Refined oil for frying

How to Make Instant Veg Dosa

  • Mix all the ingredients together except the oil. Add enough water to make a batter of pouring consistency. You can use it at once. But if time permits, leave it covered for 15 mins.
  • Mix well before use. If you find it slightly thick, add a little water.
  • Heat a tawa, preferably a nonstick one, and grease very lightly. Pour 1-2 ladlesful of batter, according to the size that you want. Rotate the tawa in a circular fashion so that the batter spreads in a thin circle. Fold the dosa in three, serve with coconut chutney.
