Ingredients

  • 2 cups - cooked rice
  • 1 cup - tomato paste
  • 1 - green chilli, finely cut
  • 2 cups - chick pea, boiled
  • 2 tsp - ginger, finely grated
  • 1 cup - cream
  • Salt and red chilli powder to taste
  • 2 - medium-sized onions, slightly fried
  • 1 cube - cheese

How to Make Italian Rice

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
  • Mix all the ingredients well, add to a greased baking dish and bake for half an hour.
