Ingredients

  • 2 cups -cooked rice
  • 10-12 - pepper
  • 2 tbsp - jeera
  • 2-3 tbsp - ghee
  • Asafoetida, a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • 4-5 - curry leaves

How to Make Jeeraga Samba Sadham

  • Coarsely powder the pepper and jeera and keep aside.
  • Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and add pepper-jeera powder, asafoetida and curry leaves.
  • Allow it to roast for a few seconds.
  • Add rice and mix for a few minutes.
  • Turn off the flame and serve hot.
