How to Make Kacha Kolar Khosha Bata

  • Boil the skin for 10 minutes and cool it.
  • Make a smooth paste of skin and other ingredients.
  • Heat a pan. Add oil and add the ground mixture. Fry till well cooked.
  • Serve hot.
