  • 2 cup - mixed veggies like, carrots, spinach, zucchini, broccoli florets eggplants, potatoes, cabbage, onions, French beans chopped everything as small chunks
  • 2 cups - besan flour
  • 1 cup - rice flour
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 5 - curry leaves
  • Salt
  • 1tsp - fennel seeds, crushed
