Ingredients

  • 1.5 tin condensed milk
  • 150 gms - cashewnuts
  • 150 gms - khoya
  • 50 gms - maida
  • 1.5 cup - milk

How to Make Kaju (Cashewnut) Burfee

  • Crush cashewnuts to a fine powder.
  • Put all the ingredients together and grind to a smooth paste.
  • Transfer to a thick bottomed kadhai and cook on a slow fire till the mixture starts leaving the sides and forms a ball.
  • Put the mixture in a tray and roll out thinly (1/8 inch).
  • Cool and cut into diamond shapes.
