  • 2 tbsp - bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp - red chilli paste
  • 4 tbsp - cooking oil
  • 12 - lady fish (kane)
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - vinegar

How to Make Kane Fried (Lady Fish)

  • For red chilli paste:
  • Add 1/4 tsp haldi powder and salt for 1 tbsp red chilli powder with a little vinegar to make a paste.
  • Clean and cut the fish.
  • Mix red chilli paste, turmeric powder, vinegar and salt and apply it on the fish.
  • Keep aside for some time.
  • Coat the fish with bread crumbs or rava before frying (optional).
  • In a flat frying pan, heat oil and slide the fish side by side to fill the pan.
  • Fry the fish on both sides.
