  • 1 ripe Cantaloupe
  • 1/2 cup- sugar
  • 1/2 cup- beaten rice or poha
  • 1/2 liter- milk
  • 3 cardamom pods, finely powdered

How to Make Karbuza(Cantaloupe)Rasayam

  • Skin cantaloupe. Discard its innermost soft portion.
  • Cut into small cubes. Mix sugar.
  • Add boiled and cooled milk. Mix beaten rice (optional) and powdered cardamom.
  • Chill and serve.
