Ingredients

  • 1 - full chicken, chopped into bite size pieces
  • 1 - onion, big sized chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp - garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1.50 tsp - fennel powder
  • salt as required
  • For seasoning: 1 tbsp - oil
  • 5 - crushed dried red chilli
  • 7 - garlic cloves finely minced
  • 1 stalk - curry leaves

How to Make Kethal Chicken Curry

  • Wash and cut chicken into bite size pieces.
  • Mix it with all the ingredients and cook the chicken properly.
  • In another non-stick pan, heat oil.
  • Add garlic, chillies and curry leaves, when it releases a nice aroma, add the cooked chicken along with the gravy.
  • Cook stirring well and coat all the masalas until the entire water evaporates and the chicken looks like semi gravy.
  • Serve the curry with rice or bread.
