  • 250 g - khova (mava)
  • 1 tbsp - khuskhus seed
  • 15 - kharik (dried dates) finely chopped
  • 100 g - desiccated coconut grated
  • 100 g - khadi sugar (large crystal sugar)
  • 50 g- khismis (raisins)

How to Make Khadhaad

  • Dry roast khuskhus till light brown and cool.
  • Crumble khoya in a non-stick pan.
  • Stir continuously on low flame.
  • When lightly roasted, take off fire and mix in all other ingredients.
  • Mix well with spatula to blend well.
  • Store in airtight container.
