Ingredients

  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Besan - 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • For pakoda:
  • Besan - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1
  • Green chillies - 2 to 3
  • Ginger - 1 inch piece
  • Coriander leaves - a bunch
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Khadi Pakoda

  • Mix the ingredients for pakoda with a little water and deep fry in oil to make pakodas.
  • In a bowl, mix besan with curd and blend.
  • In a kadai heat a little oil, season with ajwain and add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and add the curd into the mixture.
  • Allow it to boil for sometime, add in the pakodas, heat through and serve.
