Ingredients

  • 200g - besan
  • 200g - sugar
  • 350g - ghee

How to Make Kids Friendly Mysore pak

  • Mix the besan with 4 tbsp ghee and keep stirring it continuously till the besan turns golden brown. Keep the mixture aside.
  • Add 1 cup water to the sugar and make a chasni of thin consistency.
  • When the chasni is ready, lower the heat and add the cooked besan. Keep stirring continuously.
  • Remove from fire, spread the mixture on a greased tray and pat it evenly.
  • When the mixture cools down, cut into desired shapes. Serve.
