Ingredients

  • Kohlrabi cut in Juliennes
  • Chilli Paste 1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar half a tsp
  • Sugar to taste
  • Roasted White Sesame seeds for garnish

How to Make Kohlrabi Kimchi

  • Peel the kohlrabi and cut it into juliennes
  • Wash the cut kohlrabi and add chilli paste.
  • Add Vinegar, Salt & Sugar.
  • Mix all the ingredients together and garnish it with sesame seeds.
  • Serving Suggestion: Can be a Side dish with sandwich or with Stir-fry Noodles.
