  • 2.5 cups -yogurt
  • 3/4 tsp - chilli powder

How to Make Lady's Finger Raita

  • Cut the ladyfinger into small round pieces.
  • Heat oil and add seasoning and fry ladyfinger.
  • Add chilli powder.
  • After it is cooked, add beaten yogurt and salt.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
