Ingredients

  • 1 tin milkmaid
  • 1.5 liter - milk
  • sugar as required
  • 1 pack arrowroot biscuits
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • 1 mango (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 - pineapple (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 to 3 tsp - sugar
  • 10 mg - china grass

How to Make Layer Pudding

  • Mix pineapple and mango pieces in sugar in a pan and saute well till it becomes half dried.
  • Grind the biscuits and mix well with butter.
  • Cut china grass into small pieces and put into lukewarm water till it melts.
  • Heat this mix in the stove.
  • Take milk in a saucepan and heat it.
  • When it boils, add milkmaid and sugar slowly.
  • When this custard boils, add melted china grass into it.
  • Remember both should have the same temperature.
  • Remove pan from heat and keep it aside.
  • In a pudding tray, add powdered biscuits and make a layer.
  • Add fruits to make a layer.
  • Pour custard slowly and make a layer.
  • Allow to set.
  • Many layers as possible.
  • When it has cooled down, refrigerate
