How to Make Lemon Sharbat

  • Mix lemon juice and sugar to prepare a syrup.
  • Pour the lemon sugar syrup in a double boiler and keep mixing it until the sugar dissolves and froth builds up.
  • Sieve the syrup, cool and store in dry bottles.
  • Mix in cold water and serve.
