Ingredients

  • Maida - 1 cup
  • Rice flour - 1/4 cup
  • Rava - 2 tbsp
  • Thick sour curd - 3/4 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Baking soda - a pinch
  • Green chillies - 1 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Coriander, chopped
  • Onion - 1, chopped

How to Make Mangalore Bonda

  • Mix all the ingredients except baking soda & close it and set aside for 6 hrs.
  • Try not to add water at all.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Mix baking soda to the mixture.
  • Make small balls of the mixture and fry in oil till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
