Ingredients

  • 6 mango slices
  • 250 gms - canned pineapple slices
  • 1 cup - pineapple juice
  • 200 ml - coconut milk
  • pineapple slices to garnish

How to Make Mango and pineapple crush

  • Crush the pineapple and mango slices and mix with the pineapple juice in a large jug.
  • Gently pour the coconut milk in the jug. Whisk until well mixed.
  • To serve, place lots of crushed ice into individual tall glasses.
  • Garnish with pineapple slices.
  • Serve immediately.
