  • 30 oz - mango pulp
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 8 oz - whipped cream
  • 8 oz - cream cheese
  • 1 oz - gelatin (unflavored)
  • 3 cups - water

How to Make Mango Squares

  • Boil the water. Add gelatine and stir until it dissolves.
  • Add sugar, mix it well, and let mixture cool down.
  • Add whipping cream, cheese cream and mango pulp.
  • Mix the mixture with an electric mixer until well blended.
  • Pour the mixture into a large tray and refrigerate for 6 hours.
  • Then cut into cubes and serve.
