Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - big prawns
  • 1 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • 1 tbsp - vinegar
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying.

How to Make Masala Prawn Nuggets

  • Clean, de-vein and wash the prawns well.
  • Marinate the prawns with the ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, vinegar, lemon juice and salt and set it aside for one hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan till smoky and fry the prawns till golden brown.
  • Drain and serve hot with onion rings and lemon wedges.
