Ingredients

  • Left over Chapathi-6
  • Schezwan Sauce-1 tsp
  • Soya Sauce-1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Sauce-1/2 tsp
  • Oil-2 tsp
  • Chopped veggies (carrot, capsicum, onion and cabbage)-1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Masala Schezwan Chapathi

  • Cut chapathi into square shapes or strips. Chop the vegetables and keep them ready.
  • In a pan, add oil followed by chopped vegetables. Cook till done.
  • Add schezwan sauce, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, salt and mix well.
  • Add chapathi pieces and toss well. Serve hot as an evening snack.
