Ingredients

  • 250 g - fresh fenugreek leaves
  • 50 g - besan
  • 50 g - wheat flour
  • 5 g - roasted sesame
  • 1 tsp - green chilli and ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp - curd
  • Pinch - sugar
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pinch - soda bi carb
  • 1 tbsp - coriander
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Methi leaves vada

  • Chop the fenugreek leaves finely.
  • Take a bowl, add the fenugreek leaves, besan, wheat flour, curd, chilli-ginger paste, sugar, sesame, soda bi carb, salt and all the spices.
  • Mix well, adding a little water. Make small balls from the dough.
  • Deep Fried the balls in hot oil. Once done, drain and serve.
