  • 2 cups - wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp - suji
  • 1 bunch - methi leaves
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - sugar
  • 2 tsp - sesame
  • milk to make the dough
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - turmeric
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Methi Puri Coop Coop

  • Make the dough with all the mentioned ingredients, except the sesame.
  • Make small balls and roll it out.
  • Sprinkle the sesame on it and roll it again.
  • Deep fry in a hot oil.
  • Serve it with raita or ketchup.
