Ingredients

  • 2- Potatoes
  • 1 cup - Yoghurt
  • 1/4 tsp - Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Microwave Potato Raita

  • Cut the potatoes into small pieces and cook with a cup of water and salt in a microwave bowl for 5 minutes.
  • Then drain the water and mash the potatoes slightly.
  • Now heat the oil in a microwave bowl for 1 minute on high and add the mustard seeds and cook for 1 minute.
  • Now add the slightly mashed potatoes to the bowl with the red chilli powder and stir well.
  • Mix everything and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Remove the bowl and add the yoghurt, chopped coriander leaves and salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve as a raitha with pulao.
