Ingredients

  • 6-8 medium green capsicum
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1.5 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 2 onions, medium, cut into fine pieces
  • 2 tbsp - fried channa dal powder
  • 1 tbsp - til, dry fried and powdered
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves

How to Make Microwave stuffed capsicum curry

  • Make a cross cut over capsicum and carefully remove seeds; keep aside.
  • Take dal powder, til powder, red chilli powder, salt, 1 tsp oil, chopped onions and chopped coriander in a bowl.
  • Mix thoroughly with fingers and keep aside for 2 mins.
  • Fill the capsicums with stuffing, arrange them in a microwave safe tray, sprinkle the remaining stuffing masala and oil over them.
  • Cover and cook under high for 6 mins (turn the capsicums once or twice).
  • Microwave on high for another min, without lid.
  • Check and remove, and serve as side dish.
