  • 1/4 tin - condensed milk
  • 1 cup - maida
  • 2 tbsp - rice flour
  • Water to make thin batter ( approximately 125 - 150 ml )
  • 2 tsp - ghee / oil for frying
  • 100 g - fresh grated coconut
  • 1 tbsp - dry fruits, chopped (optional)

How to Make Milkmaid Patishapta

  • Mix condensed milk, grated coconut and chopped dry fruits evenly.
  • Blend maida, rice flour and water to make a smooth batter.
  • In a flat frying pan, heat 1/2 tsp ghee.
  • Add 3 tbsps of batter and swirl the pan to coat evenly.
  • When the batter is cooked, place a little coconut and milkmaid filling at one end and roll up. Repeat for the rest.
