Ingredients

  • 1 cup - mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup - coriander leaves
  • 3 green chillies
  • A small piece of ginger
  • 1 tbsp - sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - salt

How to Make Mint Chutney Dip

  • Wash the mint leaves and coriander leaves well.
  • Scrape and wash the ginger.
  • Grind all the ingredients together till smooth.
  • This chutney can be served with rice, samosas, patties, cutlets, or can also be used as a sandwich paste.
