Ingredients

  • 1 cup - mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup - coriander leaves
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 2 tsp - lemon juice
  • a small piece of ginger
  • 1 tbsp - sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - salt

How to Make Mint Chutney

  • Wash the mint and coriander leaves well.
  • Scrape and wash the ginger.
  • Grind all the ingredients together into a smooth chutney.
  • Served with rice, kebabs etc.
