Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - cumin seed
  • 1 tsp - dried mint leaf powder
  • 1 tsp - amchoor (dried mango) powder
  • 1/2 tsp - dried green or bleached chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - sugar, powdered
  • 1 tsp - salt

How to Make Mint Cumin Seasoning

  • Lightly roast cumin seeds on a warmed griddle or tawa.
  • Remove on to a plate, crush with in mortar and pestle or with stone.
  • Cool to room temperature, add all other ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Use over fresh breads, buns, pastas, rice, fresh fruit, etc.
