  • 3 - medium fresh green cucumber
  • 1 slice - pineapple
  • 2 to 3 sprigs mint leaves
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp - sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - salt

How to Make Minty Pineapple-Cucumber Combo

  • Grind all ingredients in a mixer till smooth.
  • Add 3 glasses ice cold water.
  • Grind again till mixture is frothy.
  • Strain, pour into chilled glasses.
