Ingredients

  • 2 cups - of any mixed vegetables such as carrots, peas, beans, potatoes, etc.
  • 1 tsp - chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp - chopped ginger
  • 2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 2 tsp - lemon juice
  • 2 tsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - chopped mint
  • 1 - egg beaten
  • 3 tbsp - refined flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp - oil or butter for frying

How to Make Mixed Vegetable Kebabs

  • Cook the mixed vegetables with a little water and mash well.
  • Mix in the chopped garlic, ginger, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander leaves, mint, salt, egg and flour.
  • For into small oval shaped kebabs.
  • Heat oil in a shallow pan and shallow fry the kebabs a few at a time till golden brown.
