Ingredients

  • 1 cup - mixed vegetables (grated carrot, corn kernels, Chinese cabbage, celery)
  • 5 - mozzarella pieces
  • 5 - tomato pieces
  • 1 - pastry sheet
  • 1 tsp - olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp - basil leaves (dry)
  • 1/2 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - all-purpose flour
  • salt to taste
  • pepper as needed

How to Make Mixed Vegetable Mozzarella Pie

  • Take a large bowl and pour the mixed vegetables, olive oil, salt, basil leaves and pepper. Mix well.
  • Dust the pastry sheet with all-purpose flour and roll well. With a bowl or cup, cut the pastry sheet into small rounds.
  • Preheat an oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Take a tart mould and grease it. Place the pastry round sheet and fill with the mixed vegetable mixture.
  • Arrange the tomato and mozzarella pieces over the mixture.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Garnish the pies with soya sauce and serve.
