Ingredients

  • 1 cup - moong dal
  • 1 cup - jaggery
  • 1 tsp - powdered cardamom
  • 3 cups - milk

How to Make Moong dal kheer

  • Soak dal for 3 hours. Boil in just enough water till half done.
  • Add jaggery and cook till done. Mash well.
  • Add hot milk and powdered cardamom and stir well till done.
  • Serve hot as a sweet kheer.
