Ingredients

  • 500 g - mutton(minced) or kheema
  • 100 g - channa dal
  • 2 tbsp - coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 2 - green chillies, minced
  • 1 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - garlic paste
  • 1 - onion, medium
  • 2 - cloves
  • 2 - cardamoms
  • 1 inch stick - cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp - garam masala
  • 1 tbsp - dhania jeera powder
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup - bread crumbs
  • Salt
  • Chilli powder

How to Make Nargisi Kebab

  • Cook together kheema, channa dal, onion, ginger garlic paste along with all the spices and salt in a little water till tender and completely dry. Grind to a paste.
  • Mix in eggs and ground spices.
  • Shape into round kebabs, roll in bread crumbs and shallow fry to a golden brown colour.
