Ingredients

  • 1 cup - green pea paste
  • 1/2 cup - green peas
  • 1 cup - cauliflower
  • 1 - potato
  • 1 tbsp - onion paste
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp - garam masala
  • 1/2 cup - tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup - oil
  • salt to taste
  • 4 cup - water

How to Make Nemona

  • Heat oil, add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  • Add the onion paste and fry.
  • Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, green pea paste and fry.
  • Add the cauliflower, green peas, chopped potato, salt and water and cook till done.
  • Add tomato puree, heat through and serve with chappati.
