Ingredients

  • 500 gms- chicken
  • 1 cup- noodle half fried and half boiled
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 tbsp- ginger and garlic, chopped
  • handful spring onion
  • 1 cup- coconut milk
  • 4 to 5- whole black pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 red chilli
  • salt and sugar as per taste
  • lime juice
  • oil

How to Make Noodle Chicken

  • Pressure cook chicken, sliced onion, ginger and garlic. Add salt, a bit of sugar and half a cup of water.
  • Heat oil in a pan; add bay leaf, whole pepper and red chilli. Add cooked chicken and coconut milk. Take out from fire.
  • To serve:
  • Arrange fried noodles in circle, then boiled noodles. In the middle, add the cooked chicken, garnish with spring onion and lime juice.
