  • 1 packet - noodles
  • 2 packets - noodle masala
  • 1/2 cup - capsicum
  • 1/2 cup - cauliflower
  • 2 - onions
  • 1 cup - peas
  • 1.25 cups - basmati rice

How to Make Noodles Fried Rice

  • Fry the rice in oil and cook it.
  • After cooking the rice spread it in a big plate.
  • Add salt, sugar, ajinomoto and 1 pack of noodle masala. Mix it nicely.
  • Fry all the vegetables in oil.
  • Then add the second pack of noodle masala, the noodles with the vegetables and mix it well.
  • Add 2 cups of hot water and cook it.
  • After the noodles are cooked, add the rice and mix it well. Keep it on sim for 5 mins and serve hot.
