Ingredients

  • For the noodle dough:
  • 1 - Egg
  • 100 gms - Flour
  • 2 ml - Oil
  • 2 gms - Salt
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 tin - Tuna
  • 200 gms - Tomatoes
  • 115 gms - Onions
  • 50 ml - Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Noodles with Tuna Sauce

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Make into a stiff dough.
  • Roll dough as thin as possible and cut into thin strips.
  • Boil water with salt and oil.
  • Add noodles and cook till tender.
  • For the sauce:
  • Chop onions, saute in oil.
  • Add blanched and concassed tomatoes and a little water.
  • When tomatoes are soft, add flaked tuna, salt and pepper.
  • Cook mixture to a sauce consistency and mix with noodles.
  • Serve hot.
