  • 1/2 cup - Instant porridge
  • 2 cups - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Condensed milk
  • Fresh bread crumbs (from fresh bread, after trimming the edges) - As per need
  • 1/2 tsp - Corn flour +1 tsp - Milk paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar

How to Make Nutritive Porridge with condensed milk

  • Take a deep microwave bowl. Pour milk, breadcrumbs, sugar, condensed milk and cardamom powder.
  • Put it in the microwave oven for 5 mins on high
  • In between, stir it twice, leaving a gap of 2 mins.
  • Then add cornflour-milk paste and stir well. Put it back for 2 mins in a microwave on high.
  • Stir once. Take it out, cool it and serve.
