  • 1/4 cup - Rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup - Quinoa
  • 3 - Dry red chillies
  • 1 tbsp - Urad dal
  • 2 tbsp - Channa dal
  • 2 tbsp - Coriander seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - Asafoetida powder
  • 2 pinch - Turmeric powder
  • Salt

How to Make Oats and Quinoa Spice Powder

  • Dry roast the channa dal, urad dal and dry red chillies until they turn golden brown.
  • Now add the coriander seeds and dry roast for a few minutes.
  • Finally roast the quinoa and rolled oats for a few minutes along with asafoetida powder and turmeric powder.
  • Add salt to the roasted ingredients and grind as a coarse powder.
