Ingredients

  • 1 cup -wheat flour
  • 1 cup- bajra flour
  • 1 cup -jwari flour
  • 1/2 cup- rice flour
  • 1/2 cup -besan
  • 2 -medium sized onions
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp- turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp- jeera powder
  • Oil

How to Make Onion Thalipith

  • Roast all the flours together lightly.
  • Cut onions into small pieces.
  • Add onions to the flour along with the spices.
  • Mix with water to form thick dough.
  • Make small balls and flatten into pancakes.
  • Cook both sides till golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
