Ingredients

  • Spinach - 1 bunch
  • Tomatoes - 2
  • Green Chillies - 2
  • Salt - To taste
  • Black Pepper Powder - tsp
  • Ghee/Butter - 1 tbsp
  • A few - Coriander Leaves

How to Make Paleng Boil

  • Wash and break the spinach in to small pieces.
  • Boil in a little water with chopped tomatoes, green chillies and salt.
  • When the water starts to boil, add a pinch of black pepper powder.
  • Cook on low heat until done.
  • Add a few drops of ghee/butter and mix well
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
