Ingredients

  • For filling: 250 g - cottage cheese(paneer)
  • 1 - chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup - chopped coriander
  • 1/2 cup - chopped mint
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger paste
  • 2 tsp - green chilly piaster
  • 1 tsp - dried mango powder
  • 1 tsp - garam masala powder
  • salt to taste
  • For rolls: 2 cup - split green gram (moong dal)
  • 2 cup - water
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - green chilly paste
  • salt to taste

How to Make Paneer stuffed dal chilla

  • Soak green gram in water overnight and grind to a smooth paste.
  • Add pepper, chilly, salt and make dosa like batter from green gram.
  • For filling, mix all the ingredients and keep aside.
  • On a non-stick pan spread green gram batter and add butter from both sides.
  • Roast on both sides, when done spread the filling over the top and prepare tight rolls.
  • Remove from heat and serve hot with green and red chutney.
