  • Green Simla Mirch - 2
  • Cooking Oil - 1 tbsp
  • For the stuffing:
  • Paneer - 100 gms
  • Peas (soaked in water for 5 minutes) - One small bowl
  • Ginger - 1 tbsp, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves - A few, chopped
  • Green Chillies - 1, cut in small pieces

How to Make Paneer Stuffed Simla Mirch

  • Grate the paneer. Add paneer, peas, grated ginger, coriander and salt and mix together. Keep aside.
  • Take smile mirch, remove the top with a knife so as to make an opening in it.
  • Fill it with half the mixture. Repeat for the other mirch too.
  • Now take a baking tray, put some oil around the mirch using your fingers and keep in the baking tray.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for around 40 mins.
  • Remove and cut the mirchis in two along the length.
  • Spread coriander leaves on top and serve with parathas.
