Paneer Tomato Biryani is a delicious one pot meal that can be prepared in few minutes. Biryani is our all-time favourite dish and when two mouth-watering ingredients are combined, it gives away the best biryani that is really hard to resist. Chunks of yummy paneer and juicy tomatoes are blended with an aromatic mixture of spices like bay leaf, cumin, cinnamon, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, green chilli and cloves.

The fine mix of chopped tomato, cloves, mint leaves and coriander leaves are roasted and grounded well. The basmati rice is gently pressure cooked along with the grounded masala and rich spices.

This super tasty version of biryani tastes best with raita. Paneer Tomato Biryani would make an excellent lunch box option as well as weekend dinner.
